Everything you need before your pressure washing appointment with Zachs Pressure Washing LLC

Welcome to the Client Hub for Zachs Pressure Washing LLC. To help us provide the safest and most effective exterior cleaning service possible, please review the preparation checklist below before your scheduled appointment.

Our goal is to ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient pressure washing experience for every homeowner in Central Alabama, and surrounding areas.

Client Responsibility Checklist

Before our team arrives, please complete the following:

  • Secure All Windows & Doors

Please make sure all windows, doors, and entry points are fully closed and securely sealed to prevent any water intrusion during the cleaning service.

  • Shut Off Exterior Electrical Fixtures

For safety purposes, all exterior electrical outlets, lighting fixtures, and exposed electrical connections should be shut off at the breaker box before service begins.

  • Keep Pets Indoors

To ensure the safety of your pets and our crew, please keep all pets safely indoors before and during the entire cleaning process.

  • Clear the Work Area

Please remove all items from the service area to prevent accidental damage and allow our technicians full access to clean the surfaces properly.

  • Grills
  • Vehicles
  • Avoid Water Usage During Service

Please refrain from using water inside or outside the home while the cleaning service is in progress. This helps maintain the correct pressure and water volume needed for optimal results.

  • Stay Off the Job Site for 24 Hours

For your safety, Zachs Pressure Washing LLC kindly requests that you remain off the job site for at least 24 hours after the service is completed. This allows surfaces to dry properly and helps avoid slips, falls, or disruption to the cleaned area.

Important Cancellation Policy

Failure to complete the Client Responsibility Checklist before our arrival may result in a forced cancellation of your scheduled appointment.

  • $50 Cancellation Fee

A $50 cancellation fee will apply if the checklist has not been completed by the scheduled service time.

Terms & Agreement

By scheduling service with Zachs Pressure Washing LLC, the client agrees to complete all responsibilities listed above and understands the cancellation terms and post-service safety guidelines.
