Chemical Preferences: We utilize a variety of industry-grade cleaning solutions to achieve optimal results. If you have specific chemical preferences or require us to refrain from using certain substances, please inform us, and we will accommodate your needs.

Soft Wash Capabilities: To ensure the safety of delicate materials such as siding, wood, and vehicles, we offer soft wash services, which uses lower pressure and specialized cleaning solutions.

Roof Services: Please note that we only perform pressure washing on flat roofs. We do not access or clean roofs with inclines due to safety concerns. However, if we are able to clean a sloped roof from the ground, then we will do so.

Routine Service Discounts: Clients who enter into a service contract for routine, scheduled pressure washing throughout the year will receive discounted rates.

Water Source Requirement: The client must provide a working water source with adequate water pressure. If a suitable water source is not available on site, a fee will be assessed based on the distance travelled hauling water to the job site.

Client Observation: You are welcome to observe our work; however, Zach's Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for any injuries that may occur due to your proximity to the job site.

Media Recording: We may film our services for use on social media and our company website. If you prefer not to be filmed, please notify us in advance.

Travel Distance Fees: Clients located more than 40 miles from our base location will incur a travel fee, calculated based on the exact distance.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Outstanding Balances: All outstanding balances must be paid in full before any future services can be provided.
